TSPT was founded by Mr.C.V,Nagraj, in the year 1991 and has grown in popularity. Coming from a family of sportspersons, Mr.Nagraj Sir is a former professional Tennis player who has dreams of developing youth tennis. He pursued his post graduation in physical education from Anamalai University, specialization being lawn tennis, after obtaining a certificate from National Institute of Sports. His love for tennis was so much that he resigned his job at HAL (Hindustan Aeronautical Limited) as it was keeping him from being son the court all day. With an urge to produce many players on par with international standards, Mr. Nagraj started his coaching camp and has been successful in producing many International and National level players.
It takes a very special kind of person to deal with difficult situations that a tennis player faces professionally and to efficiently meet the coach `s responsibility in training the player. With all his experience, knowledge, qualities, caring nature, comes a fun filled, high paced training environment that you will love. His winning smile and affable nature always make everyone comfortable. Under his watchful eyes, you can test your skills under actual course conditions and become a better all around tennis player.
At TSPT, Your skill level, goals, outlook, temperament -- even the way you receive, process and retain information are used to create a learning program for you. To accomplish this, it takes a team of well-qualified individuals in multiple areas and disciplines all working together with the best interests of the students as their primary focus. This includes the assistant coaches, who are well trained and experienced in coaching students at different levels. They oversee the warming up sessions and the pre game practice and drills. A team of physical fitness trainers help assess the level of physical fitness, also set and reach fitness goals. They keep records of their students exercise sessions to monitor the progress toward physical fitness. Group exercise instructors conduct group exercise sessions that usually include general fitness, stretching, and muscle conditioning. The TSPT team brings in enthusiasm and fun to every camp and activity thus inculcating in you the interest in playing some really good tennis. |
